Expression of Interest for Agricultural Capacity Building and Empowerment for Farmers in Magumeri Borno North Senatorial District LOCATION : MAGUMERI BORNO STATE SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS CONSULTANCY SERVICES Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed to the Director General, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, Plot 496, Abogo Largema Street, Off Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja and clearly marked with (the name of the project and Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box in front of IPCR Conference Hall, Ground Floor, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, Plot 496, Abogo Largema Street, Off Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja) not later than 12 noon, Monday, 12th May, 2025. 8.0 OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION/EOI DOCUMENTS The Prequalification/EOI documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12 noon, Monday, 12th May, 2025 in the Conference Hall, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, Plot 496, Abogo Largema Street, Off Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Head, Procurement, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution as the Institute will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
