Expression of Interest for Medical Outreach for Indigenes of Edomia Ishieke in Ebonyi Lga of Ebonyi State SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit Pre-qualification/EOI documents for each of the Lot desired; two (2) copies arranged as listed above, separated by dividers and bound. Should be packaged in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as PRE-QUA. or EOI and addressed to The Chief Medical Director, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki and clearly marked with (The Lot number and Projects Title). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. Drop the document in the designated Tender Box (and ensure that you sign the bid submission register) at the office of The Assistant Director, Procurement, 1st Floor, Admin Block Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 12th May, 2025.
