SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 5.1 For Expression of Interest (EoI), interested firms should submit two (2) bound copies of Expression of Interest (EoI) documents duly signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined in 3.0 above. The reverse side of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 12th May, 2025. 5.2 Prospective bidders for Invitation to Tender (B & C) are to submit two (2) hard copies each for technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid only in MS-Excel format; packaged separately in sealed envelopes and marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger envelope, clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number at the top right corner. Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 26th May, 2025. 5.3 Each sealed envelope of bidders should be addressed to: THE MANAGING DIRECTOR, BENIN-OWENA RIVER BASIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, KM. 24, BENIN/SAPELE ROAD, OBAYANTOR, P.M.B. 1381, BENIN CITY. This should be delivered and receipted for at the Procurement Unit and dropped in the designated Tender Box in the New Conference Room, Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority, Km 24, Benin/Sapele Road, Obayantor. 5.5 Inclusion of a bid security of 2% of the bid price for Works of Three Hundred Million Naira (N300m) and above; and for Goods and Services of One Hundred Million Naira (N100m) and above. 6.0 OPENING OF EoIs AND TECHNICAL BIDS 6.1 The Expression of Interest (EoI) documents and Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submission in the New Conference Room, Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority, Km 24, Benin/Sapele Road, Obayantor as follows: Expression of Interest (Consultancy) 12:00 noon Monday, 12th May, 2025.
