Collection of Tender Documents (Category B: Invitation to Tender) Tender Documents are to be Collected from the Head of Procurements Office, 1st Floor, Finance, Procurement and Audit Complex, Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta between the Hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 Pm (Monday-Friday) upon Presentation of Authenticated Payment Details of a Non-Refundable Tender Fee of n20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only Per Lot, Paid into the Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokutas Remita Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 7. Submission of Technical and Financial Bids (Invitation to Tender) (I) Documents for Both Technical and Financial Bids Which should be Delivered by Hand only shall be Submitted Separately in Sealed Envelopes and Addressed to The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta. (Ii) the Company Name, Full Address and Contact Phone Number must be Clearly Written at the Back of each Envelope. (Iii) Completed Technical and Financial Bids shall be Submitted in Two (2) Hard Copies and One (1) Electronic Copy (Flash Drive) in Two (2) Different Sealed Envelopes and Labeled Technical Bid and Financial Bid Respectively with the Companys Name and Contact Numbers Written Boldly on it and Dropped in the Bid Box in the Office of the Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta between the Hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 Pm Daily (Monday Friday) on or before 10:00 a.m. 8. Opening of Technical Bids Only the Technical Bids shall be Opened Immediately after the Close of Submission at 10:00 a.m. Monday 26th may, 2025, at the Telemedicine Hall of Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta.
