The project aims to establish a strategic infrastructure that will enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Rwandas tourism industry both locally and internationally. Participation Requirements Interested bidders must fulfill the following conditions: Be a legally registered consultancy firm with proven experience Demonstrate expertise in feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and tourism investment planning. Have a multidisciplinary team with expertise in architecture, finance, marketing, and tourism development. Tender Document Acquisition The tender document, which includes detailed Terms of Reference (ToR), can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 30,000 RWF to the following account: Bank Name: BPR Account Name: PSF Tourism Chamber Account Number: 4400043843 After payment, bidders should present proof of payment to the Chamber of Tourism offices or via email at procurement@rwandatourismchamber.org to receive the tender document.
