Gown With Accessories For Graduating Course Members Tender Documents Alongwith Detailed/Specifications Of Above Mentioned Item Can Be Obtained From Oi/C Library Pn War College Lahore, At Naval Complex Walton Askari-V, Gulberg-Iii Lahore (Tel: 042-66960127) During Office Working Hours (0900 Hrs To 1300 Hrs) Within 15 Days Of Publication Of Advertisement. Commandant Pn War College May Reject All Bids Or Proposals At Any Time Prior To The Acceptance Of A Bid Or Proposal. Pakistan Navy War College Shall, Upon Request, Communicate To Any Supplier Or Contractor Who Submitted A Bid Or Proposal, The Grounds For Its Rejection Of All Bids Or Proposals, But Is Not Required To Justify Grounds. 2% Bid Money Should Be Attached With The Proposal/Quotation In The Form Of Pay Order/Bank Draft.
