HACOF South Sudan is bidding to implement a nationwide initiative focused on improving health sector performance, transparency, and service delivery through independent monitoring and data-driven engagement. We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified, committed South Sudanese experts eager to contribute to meaningful change. These positions are not yet active but are part of an upcoming initiative. Candidates will be considered for recruitment upon successful project confirmation. Play a direct role in improving healthcare access and accountability while influencing decision-making through data, evidence, and independent monitoring. We are assembling a diverse team of South Sudanese experts and specialists, and we invite expressions of interest from qualified professionals ready to lead and shape the future of the health sector. M&E Capacity Development Expert Leads capacity building of Ministry of Health and partners on data systems, analysis, visualization, and usage. Integrates learning and capacity development into all project components. Builds monitoring capacity within health institutions and partner teams.
