Tenders are invited for Organising events under the Indo-German Support Project for Climate Action in India and IKI Interface. Publication Date: Apr 30, 2025 Deadline: May 20, 2025 This Terms of Reference (ToR) aims to engage an Event Management Agency to support the management of up to 5 events in physical and hybrid format related to Indo-German cooperation and dialogue and the IKI India portfolio. The selected agency will be responsible for the tasks specified below. Tasks of the assignment: 1) Support in providing photography, videography and live graphic documentation for identified events. 2) Support in organising specified events in identified formats. 3) Event planning and logistics such as event conceptualisation, audio-visual, technical and IT support (video conferencing tools and/or virtual platforms).
