The Consultation Is Initiated In The Form Of A Suitable Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L.2123-1 2 °, R.2123-1 3 °, R2123-2 And R.2123-4 To R.2123-7 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Public Market Resulting From This Consultation Is A Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement Fixing All The Contractual Stipulations And Executed As It Is And When Led To Order Form (Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code). Lacord-Frame Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount But With A Maximum Amount Of Order Over The Total Duration Of The Public Market Of 745,000 Euro (S) Excl.
