The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out The Realization Of Legal Advice And Dassistance For The Whole Of Constructs Department (And More Particularly For The Human Resources Directorate) Concerning Labor Law, Social Law, Social Protection, Criminal Labor Law, Administrative Law (In Connection With Social / Labor Law), Social Security Law, Individual Labor Relations, Collective Relations And Social Lingerie And Human Resources. The Consultation Is Initiated In The Form Of A Suitable Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L.2123-1 2 °, R.2123-1 3 °, R2123-2 And R.2123-4 To R.2123-7 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Public Market Resulting From This Consultation Is A Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement Fixing All The Contractual Stipulations And Executed As It Is And When Led To Order Form (Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code). Lacord-Frame Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount But With A Maximum Amount Of Order Over The Total Duration Of The Public Market Of 745,000 Euro (S) Excl. Lacord-Frame Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Notification. Listed By This First Contractual Period, He Will Be Tacitly Renewable 3 Times Per New Period Of 12 Months. In The Hypothesis Where Constructys Decides Not To Renew The Public Market, He Informs The Holder Via The Dematerialization Platform Of The Public Contracts Of Constructys No Later Than 2 Months Before The License Of The Current Contractual Period. The Holder Cannot Give Up The Renewal Decided By Constructys. The Forecast Date For Market Notification Is Scheduled For June 24, 2025
