Medical Software Package - Providing Hardware And Software Equipment Necessary Implementations Of The Integrated Computer System Within The Project Modernization Of Computer Systems And Digital Infrastructure In The Floreasca Emergency Clinical Hospital. (The Nature And Quantity Of Works, Products Or Services Or A Mention Regarding The Needs And Requirements) Providing Hardware And Software Equipment Necessary Implementation Of The Integrated Computer System Within The Project Modernization Of Computer Systems And Digital Infrastructure In The Floreasca Emergency Hospital Under The Conditions And Quantities Stipulated Within The Specifications, Part Of The Documentation. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Modified By The Government Emergency Ordinance No.107/2017), Corroborated With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of The Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To The Clarification Requests (If They Were Received In Time), On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline Established For Submitting The Tenders In The Participation Announcement. The Number Of Days Up To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders: 25 Days.
