The Procurement Includes The Services Of The Subscribers Image And Media Material To Store And Distribute The Data Bank, Which Is Supplied As A Service, And The Services Supporting The Material (Service). The Procurement Includes A Commissioner -Specific Commissioning Project (Including An Existing Material Transfer Project), Maintenance And Customer Support For The Main Users Of The Subscribers. The Image And Media Material To Be Purchased Must Be Ready For A Web-Based Bank On A Saas Basis. See A More Detailed Description Of The Item In Annex 2 Of The Invitation To Tender. The Lowest Price Provider Is Selected As A Supplier. Based On The Tendering, One (1) Supplier Is Selected. The Actual Contract Period Is 36 Months. The Acquisition Also Includes Up To One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period. The Service Deployment Project Must Be Successfully Completed And The Entire Service Is Available To The Subscribers On 1.9.2025.
