The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction, Installation And Assembly Works Related To The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Rooms Of The Dermatological Department At Level +3 In The Building Of The Provincial Podkarpackie Hospital Jana Pawła Ii In Krosno At Ul. Grodzka 45 For The Needs Of Zol As Part Of The Task: Development Of Palliative, Geriatric And Therapeutic Care, As Well As Improving The Quality Of Medical Services For Patients With Cancer In The Hospitals Of Lviv, Ternopol And Krosno. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Employer, On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted, All Necessary Decisions, Conditions And Arrangements, And To Make All Necessary Applications On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority, And In Particular: Notifications On The Completion Of Construction To The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector (Hereinafter: Sanepid) And To The State Fire Service (Here Institutions As To The Commencement Of The Reconstructed Infrastructure Or Submitting A Statement That These Authorities Did Not Object To Commencement Of Use Within The Time Limits Specified In The Law.
