The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Obtaining The Necessary Consents, Building Permit Decisions, And Then The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant As Part Of The Task Improving Water And Sewage Management In The Commune Of Piszczac-Stage Ii. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Development Of Project Documentation, In Which The Minimum Includes: Development Of The Project Information Card, Obtaining Current Excerpts From The Land Register To The Areas Covered By The Contract, Execution Of The Necessary Inventory, Local Visions, Development Of The Map For Design Purposes, Agreement Of The Designed Scope By Zudp, Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Decision, Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project, Submitting/Obtaining A Permit To Pass Pipelines Under Water In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 18 July 2001 Water Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1478) - If Required, Obtaining Location Decisions Investments In Road Lanes, Obtaining Consents To The Task On The Plots Of Private Owners And Other Managers, Other Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Developing A Construction Project To The Extent In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2023 Item 682), Development Of Bill Of Distances, Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Development Of As-Built Documentation, Submitting The Completion Of Construction Works2) By Execution Based On The Developed Documentation Of The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant, Whose Scope Of Works Includes:- Retrofitting Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Sieve, Biological Deposit Of Second Degree, Deposit Work Of The Sewage Treatment Plant With Cabling- Replacement Of Pumps, Fans- Repair Of Sewage And Air Distribution System In Biological Deposits- Replacement Of The Purified Wastewater Flow Meter With Connecting To The New Control Panel- Modernization Of The Sewage Pumping Plant (Pumps And Equipment Equipment) Along With Controlling The Control Of The External Surface Of The Biological Deposit- Assembly And Electrical Works- Assembly And Electrical Land Development4.3.
