Tenders Are Invited For Large -Size Waste Management Service With A Code 20 03 07 In An Amount Of 800 Mg In 24 Months, But Not Earlier Than From 01.10.2025.
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Management Of Large -Size Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) From The Implementation Of Large -Size Municipal Waste Collection From Property Owners From The Area, Including Communes Of Kęty And Other Municipalities Served By The Ordering Party. 2. The Offered Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex 1 To The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 3. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Period Of The Contract Will Be Up To 800 Mg (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Period Of The Contract But Not Less Than 85% Mg). 4. The Deadline For Completing The Order Up To 24 Months From 01.10.2025. (Planned Date Of The Contract: From 01.10.2025 To 30/09/2027). In 2025, The Employer Provides For The Transfer Of A Smaller Amount Of Waste For Development, Up To 30 Mg. 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Transfer Less Waste During The Contract, And The Contractor Will Not Bring Any Claims On This Account. The Amount Of Waste Provided During The Contract Period Will Not Be Less Than 85% Of Mg Indicated In Swz.6. Waste Intended For Further Development Comes Mainly From Collections From Property Owners From The Kęty Commune And Other Municipalities Served By The Employer. 7. Waste Will Be Transported In Whole Or Crushed In The Garbage Truck By A Mechanism For Ironing Waste Inside The Vehicle. 8. Loading Of Waste To Transport And Transport To The Installation Indicated By The Contractor Will Take Place With Equipment And At The Expense Of The Employer. 9. Waste Will Be Weighted On The Legalized Weight Of The Contractor. 10. The Weight Receipt From The Legalized Weight Will Be Delivered Along With The Invoice For Each Transport To The Contractor And Attached To The Billing Invoice For Each Calendar Month From Below. 11. The Transfer Of Waste For Development Will Take Place From Monday To Friday - Only On Business Days. 12. The Contractor Will Always Confirm The Amount Of Waste Collected For The Management Of Waste On The Waste Transfer Cards Issued By The Employer In The Bdo System. 13. The Employer Undertakes That: A) A Permanent And Organized Manner Will Inform The Contractor About The Date Of Waste Transport (For Example - The Deadlines For The Collection Of Waste From Property Owners), And The Contractor Will Allow The Collection Of Waste And Their Development, B) Will Pay The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Due To Waste Management On The Principles Set Out In The Contract. 14. The Contractor: A) Undertakes That He Will Permanently And Organized From The Employer, Following The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E.
