The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Deliver The Software Of Short -Term Document Storage (Hereinafter Also “Short -Term Document Storage” Or “Kud”), Including Data Migration, Integration, Ensuring Its Operation And Development. The Subject Consists Of Four Main Parts: 1. Delivery Of A Short -Term Document Repository, Including Related Licenses, Or Upgrading The Ginis Standard License Previously Acquired By The Contracting Authority To Ginis Enterprise+; 2. Data Migration; 3. Integration Of Short -Term Document Storage; 4. Ensuring Support And Operation Of Short -Term Document Storage; 5. Development Of Short -Term Document Storage. The Scope And Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Which Forms Annex 1 To The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Annex 4 Of This Tender Documentation). The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Ginis Standard Licenses Are Currently Underway, Which Have Passed From The Canceled Regional Councils Of Cohesion Regions On The Basis Of The Transitional Provisions Of Act No. 251/2021 Coll., Amending Act No. 248/2000 Coll. The Short -Term Document Storage Used Is Based On Ginis Licenses. As Part Of The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Supplier May Use The License Previously Acquired By The Contracting Authority, With Their Consolidation And Upgrading To The Ginis Enterprise+Version, Or The Supplier May Offer A Solution Based On Other Similar Licenses. The Bid Price Will Then Contain Either The Price For The Ginis License Or For The Acquisition Of Other Similar Licenses Necessary For The Operation Of Kud.
