Training Services - Leadership Development. Nyköping Municipality Intends To Have A Long-Term Cooperation With A Supplier That Together With The Municipality Can Build Up Ongoing Leadership And Employee Development, Where The Purpose Is To Strengthen Managers In Leading Trust-Based In Accordance With The Municipalitys Values, Behavioral Criteria And Values. The Assignment Includes Providing And Conducting An Adapted Leadership Training To Nyköping Municipalitys Managers And Key People (Team Leaders/Group Leaders/Hr Partners Etc.) Totaling About 250 People. The Leadership Program Should Provide Tools And Skills To Convey Goals/Expectations, Follow Up, Coach And Feedback In A Trust -Based Way, Which In Turn Creates Commitment To The Employees. During The Training, Participants Will Also Learn How They Identify Success Factors For The Team, Diagnose Obstacles And Create An Action Plan For The Development Of The Team. The Dialogue In The Teacher -Led Modules Should Be Able To Be Adapted To The Participants Hierarchical Level (The Group Division Will Preferably Be Based On The Hierarchical Level To Which The Manager/Key Person Belongs To). An All Day, In Which All Participants Participate, Can Be Used As A Start To The Teacher -Led Part Of The Program.
