Plot 2 Warehouse Tenderer Supplies A Bulk Liver Sorting Machine That Meets All The Requirements In This Invitation To Registration And Annex Xii.B Minimum (Functional) Requirements Bulklever Sorting Machine Warehouse. The Scope Of Parcel 2 Consists Of: • Advice Efficient Design Hand-In And Sorting Process; • Delivery And Delivery Ready For Use Bulkinlever Sorting Machine Warehouse; • Performing Full Management, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance And The Hirer Doel And Duration Through This Tender Aims To Select The Contracting Authority Per Plot One (1) Tenderer And Contract For The Delivery Of The Delivery Sorting Machine Including Management And Maintenance During The Term Of The Agreement. The Agreement For Both Plots Has An Initial Period Of Ten (10) Years. The Agreement Can Be Extended By Mutual Approval After The Initial Period For A Maximum Of Five (5) Times One (1) Year. Size This Assignment Is Subdivided Into Plots, Namely: 1. Input Sorting Machine Central. 2. Bulkinlever Sorting Machine Warehouse Registration On A Part Of The Plot Is Not Permitted And Leads To The Exclusion Of Further Participation In The Tendering Procedure. A Budget Of: 1. Input Sorting Machine Central: € 300,000.00 Excluding Vat Is Available Per Plot; 2. Bulkinlever Sorting Machine Warehouse: € 120,000.00 Excluding Vat. Note: • The Budgets Issued Are Also A Price Ceiling. A Total Price Submitted By The Tenderer - In Annex Iii.A Price Sheet Plot 1 And Annex Iii.B Price Sheet Plot 2- Above This Price Ceiling Leads To Exclusion Of Participation In The Tender. • If The Tenderer Is Of The Opinion That The Price Ceiling Issued Is Not Sufficient Per Plot, Then The Contracting Authority Will Be Happy To Hear This In The Information Note Including A Substantiated Proposal For Another Price Ceiling.
