The Subject Of The Contract Covers Periodic Supply Of Food Products And Compliance With The Technical Specification And The Specimens Of Technical And Price Proposals For The Lots - An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. Separate Positions Are As Follows: Op 1 Delivery Of Milk And Dairy Foods; Op 2 Delivery Of Meat And Meat Foods, Fish And Eggs; Op 3 Delivery Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables; Op 4 Delivery Of Canned And Processed Fruits And Vegetables, Packaged Foods And Stews. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals For Each Lot. The Fulfillment Of The Deliveries For Each Lot Begins After A Letter Of Assignment From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, Which Indicates The Start Date Of Execution. The Award Letter Shall Send In The Event Of An Early Termination Of The Supply Contracts For The Food Products From The Subject Of The Contract, Which Were Concluded After A Procedure With The Un In The Rop: 03476-2024-0001. The Estimated Quantities For This Order Are Determined On The Basis Of The Expectation That The Contracts In Lots Will Have A Term Of Operation As Follows: Op 1, Op 2 And Op 4 - 12 Months; Op 3 - 18 Months.
