The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Engineering-Design, Construction Of Construction Works And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision Of The Site: Modernization Of The Educational Environment In The Assen Fortress Dg-Gr. Asenovgrad . The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Phase Technical Project For The Site, Within The Scope And With Content In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Legal And By -Laws Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; Carrying Out All Necessary Activities To Coordinate The Investment Project With The Contracting Authority; Reflection Of The Recommendations And Comments Made During The Conduct Of The Coordination Procedures With The Contracting Authority, Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies; Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary For Carrying Out His Work, In Accordance With The Bulgarian Legislation; Legal, Qualitative And Timely Initiation, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Provision Of Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, In Accordance With The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, All Other Acting Regulatory Documents And Contracts For The Regulatory Documents And Contracts. Timely Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Spa; Storage And Submission On Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body Of The Construction Papers, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; Samples And Tests When Completing The Construction And Installation Works Where Necessary; Copyright Supervision During Construction In Volume And Content According To The Spatial Planning Act And The Regulatory Regulatory Documents On Its Implementation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation In Accordance With Art. 175 Of The Spatial Planning Act; Elimination Of All Defects Found Within The Warranty Period;
