Implementation Of Construction Works On The Following Parts Of The Investment Project: 1. Part Architectural Inv.: 1.1. Building; 1.2. Roof; 1.3. Facades And Windows; 2. Part Of Constructive Inclusive: 2.1. Excavation Works; 2.2. Formwork Works; 2.3. Reinforcement Works; 2.4. Waterproofing; 2.5. Concrete Works; 3. Part Electro Incl.: 3.1. Power Installation; 3.2. Lighting Installation, 3.3. Grounding And Lightning Protection Installation; 3.4. Low -Current Installations; 3.5. Fire Alarm Installation; 4. 4.1. Water Supply Installation; 4.2. Sewage. 5. Part Ovi Incl.: 5.1. Heating Installation; 5.2. Ventilation Installation; 5.3. Climate Split Systems, As Well As Activities That Are Related To The Execution Of The Contract And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Supplementation As Follows: Legal, Qualitative And Timely Initiation, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Delivery Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, In Accordance With The Law On The Territorial Order (Zut) And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, All Other Legislative Documents And Contracts. Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary For Carrying Out His Work, In Accordance With The Bulgarian Legislation; Timely Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Spa; Storage And Submission On Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body Of The Construction Papers, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; Preparation Of Executive Documentation In Accordance With Art. 175 Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Cadastral Films Of The Construction In The Required Scope For The Execution Of The Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Arising From Art. 54A Of The Cadastre And Property Register Act; Samples And Tests When Completing The Construction And Installation Works Where Necessary; Guarantee Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Different Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For The Introduction Of Construction Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa.
