The Contracting Authority Of This Procurement Procedure Within The Meaning Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) Is The Folklore Ensemble Trakia. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Production Of Folk Costumes And Accessories. The Specific Requirements For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Presented In The Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Lots: Lot 1 - Assignment On The Grounds Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Law - Collecting Offers With An Ad Subject: Production Of Folk Costumes And Accessories . Lot 2 With The Subject: Production Of Two Sets Of Caps (Shopski And Thracian) Of Genuine Leather, Lot 3 With The Subject: Production Of Stage Shoes And Womens Genuine Leather Boots And A Separate Position 4 With The Subject: Production Of Genuine Leather On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Op 2 Shall Be Assigned In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value, Given That The Total Estimated Value Of The Positions Is Below Bgn 156 464 And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized In The Individual Lots, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority, The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor - An Integral Part Of The Documentation.
