The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For The Delivery Of Specialized Machines And Tools For The Repair And Maintenance Of Vehicles. Delivery Should Be Made On The Territory Of Ruse Municipal Transport Ead, At The Address Ruse, 74 March Blvd. All Activities Subject To This Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1), An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Present Public Procurement Is Secured By A Financial Resource Insured By Municipal Transport Ead And Shall Be Held Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of Ppa. Important: Upon Opening The Procurement Procedure, No Financing Was Provided And The Contracting Authority Indicated This Circumstance In The Notice, Which Is Why The Contract Will Include A Deferred Enforcement Clause In Accordance With Art. 114 Of Ppa. In The Event That Within 3 (Three) Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Financing Is Not Provided, Each Of The Parties Has The Right To Terminate The Contract Unilaterally Without Owing Notice And Without Owing The Financial Or Other Compensation Or Compensation To The Other Party, According To Art. 114 Of Ppa.
