The Contractor Must Request All The Permits And All The Necessary Authorizations To Execute The Service. The Application For All These Authorizations And Permits Will Be Borne And Will Be The Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder. To Carry Out The Maritime Signaling Service, The Successful Bidder Will Have To Have Professional Divers With The Qualification And Certificates Required By The Generalitat De Catalunya. All The Boats Used By The Adjudicating Company For The Provision Of The Services Must Have The Authorization Of Maritime Captaincy And Other Permits Required By Current Legislation.
