The Purpose Of The Competition Is To Provide Services For The Study Of The Evaluation Of The Cypriot Landscape For The Development Of A Digital Map In The Hippodamus Information System Of The Department Of Town Planning And Housing. In Particular, Through This Contract, It Seeks To Design A Study By Identifying The Values Carried Out By The Cypriot Landscape And Their Description And Mapping In Digital Form In Terms Of The Main Valuable Elements Of The Landscape, And Their Characteristics (Form/ Materiality/ Function/ Meanings And Symbols). The Identification Of The Values Carried By The Cypriot Landscape, In Relation To Its Elements And Characteristics, Is Considered Decisive For The Pursuit And Achievement Of Landscape Protection As Defined In The European Convention On The Landscape. The Results Of This Study Will Be Integrated Into The Hippodrome Information System For The Development Of The Digital Map Available In Internal And External Users Of The System.
