Tenders are invited for Purchase and Rehabilitation of Tractors, Planters, Boom Sprayers, Harvesters, Heavy Duty Harrow, Mould Board Ridger and Rotary Slasher at Headquarters and Outstations COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, Administrative Block of Institute for Agricultural Research, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria on evidence of copy of REMITA payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Institute for Agricultural Research (IAR), Ahmadu Bello University, Zarias, Remita account in any Commercial Bank in Nigeria. IAR GIFMIS CODE: 1008797 Note that interested bidders for Consultancy Services are not expected to pay at this stage until after shortlisting. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies, each of the technical and financial bids, with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid and addressed to The Executive Director/Chairman, Tenders Board, Institute for Agricultural Research, Ahmadu Bello University and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number.
