Tenders are invited for Web Application Firewall System (WAF) Non-Refundable Fee of $50, Payable to an Accredited Bank Notes: 1. Two bids must be submitted: technical and financial. The bids will be technically and financially reviewed to select the appropriate bid. 2. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the same location. 3. A bid bond of 5% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified check payable to the Arab American University. 4. Prices (in US dollars) include all taxes, including value-added tax. The supplier must submit invoices. Tax and source discount certificate. 5. The university is not obligated to accept the lowest price without providing reasons. 6. Advertising fees are borne by the successful bidder. Tender Regulatory Conditions and Instructions 1. All bidders must fully comply with these conditions and instructions, which are considered an integral part of any purchase order or contract concluded with the winning bidder unless expressly stated otherwise in the purchase order or contract. 2. In these conditions and instructions, the abbreviation "Arab American University" (AAUP) is used. 3. The bidding company must be officially registered and licensed. 4. Prices shall be provided (in US dollars) inclusive of all taxes, including value-added tax (VAT). 5. The winning bidder is obligated to submit source discount certificates, necessary tax invoices, and any other legal documents covering the purchase process. 6.
