3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New, Unpopular Retrofitting Of The Ckziu School Workshop In Łęczyca As Part Of The Project: We Educate Qualified Professionals. 3.2. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project We Educate Qualified Professionals Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds Regional Program For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, Contract Number: Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0056/23-00.3.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Delivery Of A Drill - A Battery Screwdriver With Accessories In Quantities And About The Description Specified In Annex 8 To Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 8 To Swz.3.4. The Equipment Supplied, The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Contained In The Price Of The Device. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Unpopular, Without Loads With The Laws Of Third Parties. 3.5. The Employer Requires Training The Ordering Person From The Service Of The Provided Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Opz Indicated And The Documents Of The Contract. 3.6.
