Licenses Are Required For At Least 60 Users, Including Installation, Testing, Training, Assistance And Legislative Maintenance For 1 Year From The Production Of The Erp Computer System. The Erp Type Computer System Implemented And Received By Sabif Must Be Exploited Exclusively By Sabif Based On The Procedures That Will Be Elaborated Later. These Procedures Are Not The Subject Of This Specification. The Implemented Erp Type Computer System Will Ensure: • Interconnection With Other Existing Computer Systems At The Ministry Of Health, To Allow Access To The Database, To Make A Common Database At National Level, To Allow Data Exports To Other Applications • Connect Through Username+Password • Modular Structure With Minimum The Following Modules: Accounting, Allop, Procurement, Legal, Internal Public Audit, Internal Managerial Control, Statistics, Heritage And Administrative, Car Technical, Document Management And Archive, E-Facing. • The Operation In The Integrated System, By Interconnecting All The Modules, So That, Based On The Primary Data Entered In A Certain Segment, All The Requested Documents Will Be Generated, As Well As The Corresponding Changes In The Other Segments • Parameterization, To Ensure Flexibility In Relation To The Time Of The Applicable Normative Acts • The Calculations For Any Period Of Time Must Be Carried Out In That Period Must Be Carried Out.
