The Acquisition Focuses On Services For The Periodic Maintenance, Seasonal Inspection And Troubleshooting Of Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oys Substations For The Period 2026-2028. The Service Packages And Related Tasks Included In The Procurement Are Divided Into Three Areas: 1. Subsequent Maintenance And Testing Of Electrical And Messaging Stations 2. Seasonal Inspections 3. Periodic Maintenance. Periodic Maintenance Will Be Performed According To A Separate Maintenance Program For Each Of The Clients Substation And Clutch Station. 2. Seasonal Inspections Of The Substations Of The Substations Include Seasonal Inspections At The Customers Substations And Clutch Stations, Which Typically Include The Following Work And Measures Mainly Visually Performed: - Atteming 110 Kv Switchgear Inspection - Electrical Stations 110 Kv / 20 (10) At Substations, Compensation Reactor Inspection- Electrical And Switch Stations 20 (10) Kv Switchgear Inspection- Electrical And Clutch Inspection Of Secondary Districts And Instruments- Electrical, Messaging And Clutch Stations- Inspection Of Self-Use And Auxiliary Power Systems- Electrical And Switching. Inspections 3. The Troubleshooting And Reserve Service Package Includes The Location Of Equipment Or System Defects At The Customers Electrical, Messaging And Clutch Stations, And Minimizes The Effects Of The Fault, Including Minor Technical Procedures. In The Service, The Supplier Maintains The Readiness For The Clients Substations Troubleshooting During Normal Working Hours And During The Standby Period Within The Response Times Determined By The Customer. Providing A Standby Outside Of Normal Working Hours Is Voluntary And Will Not Be Taken Into Account In The Final Comparison Of Offers. The Planned Fixed-Term Contract Period For The Acquisition Is 1.1.2026-31.12.2028. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Two Separate Post-Options: 1.1.2029-31.12.2030 And 1.1.2031-31.12.2032. As An Attachment To The Request For Participation, The Procurement Documents Will Be Submitted To Which Tenderers Are Requested.
