Prequalifications are invited for Installation of Data Local Area Network (LAN) at TETFund Headquarters, Abuja SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTSSPN WORKS LOTS 1-2 AND SPN GOODS LOTS 1-3) Interested Companies are to submit One (1) bound copy of Prequalification document separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name of the Project and address to the Executive Secretary, Tertiary Education Trust Fund Matanya Abuja and clearly marked DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 12:00 NOON ON MONDAY, 26th MAY, 2025 addressed to the Bidder, at Ground Floor Room 135, Procurement Unit (not later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, 26th May, 2025). OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTSSPN WORKS LOTS 1-3 AND SPN GOODS LOTS 1-2) The Prequalification documents under the above-mentioned LOTS will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 Noon on Monday, 26th May, 2025 in the presence of Bidders or their representatives at the Conference Room, TETFUND Headquarters, No. 6 Zambezi Crescent, Off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama-Abuja. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder (i) ii. Prequalification, Technical and Financial Proposals submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; iii. All costs will be borne by the Bidders; iv. The EOI, Prequalification, Technical and financial Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders (who are willing to attend), Civil Society Organisations, Professional Bodies and other relevant stakeholders; v. Bidders (who are willing to attend), Professional Bodies and other relevant stakeholders will be invited at a later date for the collection of Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) Bid(s) of Quantities (BOQ) while financial bids of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned un-opened; vi. Invitation to Tender: Only shortlisted winners on EOIs evaluation will be invited at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals; vii.
