Technical Building-Inspection Services-Services Of Technical Building Management In 53123 Bonn (Voek 2-24). Continued From Section 2.1 The Start-Up Phase, Level 1, Starts From Surcharge, Level 2 On October 1St, 2025, The Regular Operation On 01.01.2026. This Has To Be Familiarized With All Areas Of Responsibility / Processes In Coordination With The Ag. For The Transfer Of The Property, The And Sufficient Personnel (Start-Up Team) Must Provide With Which A Smooth And Complete Transfer Of The Service To Which The An Can Be Carried Out. The Start-Up Team Must Belong To The Proposed Object Managers And A Project Manager Experienced With Real Estate Takeovers. In The Contract Phase, The Object Return Or Handover To The Ag Or A New Service Provider Takes Place. At The Request Of The Ag, Manufacturers, Experts And/Or Specialist Companies Must Also Be Included For Handing Over. Personnel In General: The An Has To Equip His Staff With Uniform Work Clothes With Attached Company Logo And Name Tag. The Work Clothes Must Be Presented As Part Of The Ags Start-Up Phase. All Enabling And Expertise That Is Necessary For The Provision Of Services Must Be Submitted To The Ag Without Being Asked During The Start-Up Phase. - Personnel Failures And The Associated Performance Restrictions Must Be Countered Immediately Through Suitable Measures. The Ans Ensures Sufficient Reserve Staff And Reports This Staff To The Property. In The Contractual Property, The An Uses Three Object Managers (Ol- Each For Bmel/Bmas/Bmg), Which Are Responsible For The Coordination And Provision Of All Contractual Services, The Overall Supervision And For Ensuring The Quality And Quantity Of The Service Provision. The An Names A Deputy Who Can Step In With All Users If Necessary. The Property Management For Bmel And Bmas Must Be Present In The Time Frame From 8:30 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. 8 Hours, Which Ol For The Bmg 4 Hours From Monday To Friday From 1:00 P.M. To 5:00 P.M. Requirements Are The Aptitude Criteria, And Other Tasks Of The Property Management Can Be Found In The Service Description. --- In The Contractual Property, Two In-House Technicians (Ht), One Each For The Bmel And The Bmas, Uses A Representative. From Monday To Friday There Is An Obligation To Face 8 Hours From 6:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. Requirements Can Be Found In The Aptitude Criteria Of Tasks Of The Service Description. --- The An Sets In 7 Domestic Craftsmen And A Representative, Three Each For The Bmel And Bmas As Well As One For The Bmg. The Attendance Obligation From Monday To Friday Is 8 Hours, In The Period From 6:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. --- The An Undertakes To Take Over The Contracts That Go Beyond The Scope Of Services Agreed By The Contract (Additional Services/ Order Services). This Can Include Construction And Services. For Different Cost Ranges, The Offer Of Offer Or Catching Up
