Each lot must be quoted separately in an individual email, with the correct subject line and all required supporting documents. Quotation Requirements (Applicable to All Lots) All submitted quotations must: Adhere strictly to humedicas specifications. Be signed and stamped by an authorized representative. Include a Certificate of Registration with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance. State all prices in US Dollars (USD). Include TVA, delivery fees, and any other applicable charges.
