The Subject Of This Order Is Choosing A Supplier Of Active Net Electricity And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage For The Needs Of The Rhif - Smolyan. 1. Delivery Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: Energy Act (Ea), Rules For Trade In Electricity (Peee) And Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee). 2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Main Activities: 2.1. Delivery Of The Required Quantities Of Net Active Electricity Of Low Voltage Specified In Item 2.4 Of The Technical Requirements And Specifications, Annex To The Documentation, With Possible Deviations In A Positive Or Negative Direction. The Estimated Amount Of 55 Mwh Electricity Does Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Use It. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Consumed Depending On The Need, With The Contractor Obliged To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, For A Month And For The Whole Period Of Delivery. 2.2. Preparation Of All Necessary Documents For The Registration Of The Site Of The Contracting Authority Of The Free Market For Electricity And Perform The Full Procedure For Its Registration. 2.3. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of The Balancing Group Of The Contractor According To The Electricity Trade Rules (Pee) Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Registration And Participation Fee. 2.4. Energy Monitoring, Forecasting Electricity Consumption Of The Contracting Authority And The Preparation Of Hourly Consumption Schedules. Notification (Registration) Of The Hourly Schedules In Mms Of Eso And Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority Of The Free Electricity Market According To Ptee, Ea And Pikee.
