The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Delivery Of Food And Beverages Divided Into 11 Lots And Including: Lot # 1: Delivery Of Bread, Bread Products And Confectionery; Lot # 2: Delivery Of Milk And Dairy Products Lot # 3: Delivery Of Fish Lot 4: Delivery Of Eggs Lot No. 5 “Delivery Of Pickles, Spices, Stews” Lot No. 6 “Delivery Of Meat And Meat Products” Lot 7 “Delivery Of Chicken Meat And Chicken Billets” Lot 8 “Delivery Of Fresh, Frozen Fruits And Vegetables” Lot No. 9 “Delivery Of Coffee And Hot Drinks” Lot 10 “Delivery Of Water And Non -Alcoholic Beverages” Lot No. 11 Delivery Of Cocktail Items And Products (Awarded In Accordance With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act). The Supplied Foods Should Be Of Proven Origin, Comply With The Statutory Requirements For Quality And Safety In Use, To Meet The Sanitary, Veterinary, Hygiene And Other Norms Established By The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Applicable Regulations Of The Bodies Of The European Union And/Or/Or/ The Manufacturers Technological Documentation. Food And Beverages Should Be Fit And Safe For Consumption, To Be Delivered At The Maximum Residual Shelf Life Specified In The Specific Delivery Contract.
