Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Net Quantities Of Active Electricity (Medium/ Low/ Voltage) By A Contractor And The Selection Of A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, With Full Administration Of The Information Stream With Eso And The Cost Of Unbalanced Costs For Objects Owned By Tvarditsa Municipality
The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Delivery (Sale) Of Net Active Electricity (Medium/ Low/ Voltage) By The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, With The Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And The Expenditure Of Unbalanced Costs For Objects Owned By Tvarditsa Municipality. The Total Estimated Quantity For The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To The Contracting Authority For One Year Is ≈ 1400 Mwh, And For Two Years It Is ≈ 2800 Mwh, And With The Inclusion Of Renewal With Up To 12 / Twelve / Months Is The Size Of ≈ 4200 Mwh. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (Ea), The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee) And Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee). Place For Execution Of The Contract - The Electricity System Of The Republic Of Bulgaria On The Territory Of Tvarditsa Municipality. The Sites Of Tvarditsa Municipality Are Detailed In Annex №1.1 To The Technical Specification. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Also Have The Right To Join New Sites, Which Are Further Included In The List Of Commercial Measurement Funds, In The Appropriate Order, With The Documents Required For This. The Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract Also Includes A Single Renewal Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 / Twelve / Calendar Months, In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 6 Of Pppop. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement For A Period Of 24 / Twenty -Four / Months With The Inclusion Of Renewal Up To 12 / Twelve / Months Is Bgn 1 050 000.00 (One Million And Fifty Thousand Levs) Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement For A Period Of 24 / Twenty -Four / Months Is Bgn 700,000 / Seven Hundred Thousand / Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Envisaged Renewal For A Period Of 12 /Twelve Months Is Bgn 350,000 /Three Hundred And Fifty Thousand /Excluding Vat.
