The Present Procurement Procedure Is Subject To The Provision Of The Cleaning And Hygiene Services Of The Building Stock, Including The External Common Areas Adjacent To The Building Stock (Areas Up To 3 M Around The Buildings And Pedestrian Alleys). The Selected Contractor Should Provide Current (Daily) Cleaning Services, Periodic Activities, Basic Cleaning, And In Some Cases Extraordinary Cleaning, At The Premises In Which They Carry Out Their Employment Agency And Its Territorial Structures, With A Total Area Of 55196.40 Square Meters.
