The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Purchase Of Automotive Fuels (Diesel Fuel) For Cars Owned By The Municipality Of Vidin Provided For Use Of The Danube Municipal Cultural Institute Of Vidin Municipality, Using Non -Cash Payment Cards. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Fuel To Cars Owned By The Municipality Of Vidin Provided For The Use Of The Municipal Cultural Institute Danube To The Municipality Of Vidin By Charging Magnetic Cards For A Dematerialized Payment For A Period Of 2 / Two / Years. Estimated Amount Of Diesel Engine Fuel -600 Liters The Buyer Has The Right To Charge All Types And Trademarks Of Diesel Fuel At The Sellers Sites. The Seller Is Obliged To Submit Official Monthly Reports Together With The Invoice For Payment For The Right Quantities And Types Of Fuels Subject To This Order. The Discount May Not Be Less Than The Contract Agreed On The Stock Contract, But The Seller Can Invoice Prices With A Greater Discount For Different Types Of Fuels If They Are More Expensive Than The Main Ones. The Quantities Mentioned Above Are Indicative And Is Calculated On The Basis Of A Past Period, Which Quantities Of The Buyer Will Absorb As Needed, And The Seller Will Not Claim Responsibility Unless It Is Absorbed As A Whole. The Quantities Are Forecast And The Buyer Reserves The Right To Exceed Them Or Not To Buy Them In Full Volume Within +/- 15 %, Depending On The Actual Consumption Of The Fuel Subject To Delivery.
