The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of A Three -Ward Nursery Building With Kitchen And Playground (Plots No. 1953/17, 2604; Pre -War) Together With The Supervision Of Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Completed Construction Works In A Complete State, Finished With A Turn -Bank. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Developing The Target Concept For Acceptance By The Employer And The Construction Inventory Of The Land Development. 2) The Implementation Of Multi -Branch Design Documentation Necessary To Carry Out The Task In The Scope Of In Particular: Performing General Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Nursery; Performing Works In The Field Of Internal And External Sanitary, Electrical And Low -Current Installations; Performing Works Related To Land Development, Among Others Hardening, Green, Elements Of Small Architecture, Playground For Nursery; Delivery And Assembly Of Kitchen Technology Equipment. Decision Of Works Related To The Transfer Of Existing Kindergarten Toys Located In The Place Of The Planned Nursery Building - Transfer To Part Of Plot No. 2604. The Transfer Of Toys Must Be Preceded By Inspection Of Existing Toys, Assessing Their Condition And Possible Renovation. The Place Of Making The Playground For The Kindergarten Is Shown On The Graphic Annex No. 1 To Pfu. Performance Of A Possible Disassembly Of The Fence And Execution Of The Fence Of Part Of The Plot No. 2604 (Graphic Attachment No. 1 To Pfu) As Agreed With The Employer.
