1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System: Lake Jelonek, Ul. Jeziorna, Ul. Słomianka, Ul. Łaski And Ul. Tumska Together With The Construction Of A Green Square At Ul. Słomianka And Reproduction Of The Surface. 2. The Material Scope Of Construction Works As Part Of The Order Is Described In Design Documentation And Includes In Particular: 1) The Construction Of A Green Square At Ul. Słomianka; 2) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System: Lake Jelonek, Ul. Jeziorna, Ul. Słomianka (Along With Reproduction Of The Surface); 3) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System Ul. Jeziorna, Ul. Łaski And Ul. Tumska (With Reproduction Of The Surface). 3. The Task Includes Making A Square With An Infiltration Garden, Planting Trees, Shrubs And Low Greenery, And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements. As Part Of The Task, Sections Of The Rainwater Sewage Network Will Be Made To Dehydrate The Streets: Jeziorna, Słomianka, Łaskiego, And Tumska. 4. Note - The Employer Requires The Contractors Personal Execution Of Works In The Field Of Work Related To The Construction Of Rainwater Drainage And Microtunaling. The Above Also Applies To Entities Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract - In This Case The Requirement Applies To The Contractor, Who Has The Required Experience In This Regard Under The Conditions Of Participation In The Procedure. In Relation To Key Tasks Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor, The Contractor May Not Refer To The Ability Of The Entity Providing Resources, On The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Relevant Conditions Of Participation In The Proceedings.
