1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces (Surface Fixation With The Help Of A Mixture - Asphalt Emulsion And Grit) Roads In The Commune Of Wola Krzysztoporska. Road Renovation Will Be Carried Out Using Patcher Traffic Reproductors. The Removal Includes The Supply And Construction Of The Emulsion And Grinder Mixture On The Roads In The Commune Of Wola Krzysztoporska (In Damaged Places) In An Estimated Amount Of 300 Tons, With The Proviso That The Amount Of Mixture To Build May Decrease By No More Than 20%. The Settlement Between The Parties Will Take Place For The Actual Amount Of Built-In Mixture. 1.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In:- Annex 4 To Swz, The Contracting Authority Guidelines- Annex 7 To Swz Detailed Technical Specification- Annex 8 To Swz. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract Documentation, Including Swz And Attachments And Recommendations Of The Employer And The Investors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract. 1.4. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Flat -Rate Number Of Works Attached To Swz Are An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With Technical Documentation. Any Lack In The Pre -City Of Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From Technical Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At A Contractual Price. 1.5. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct In The Pre -City Of The Number Of Works According To His Own Calculations Based On The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Quote Based On Technical Knowledge, Technical Documentation, Its Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All The Necessary Construction Works For The Investment In Question. 1.6. The Remuneration For A Ton Of The Mixture Is A Flat -Rate Nature, And Its Scope Includes All The Elements Necessary For The Correct Performance Of The Contract. 1.7. As Part Of The Flat -Rate Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Necessary Auxiliary Activities. 2. The Provider Will Grant The Contracting Authority:- Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Disadvantages For A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report For The Last Batch Of Order.
