Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of A Warehouse Building

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Warehouse Building Located On Plot No. 375/4, Precinct Międzyrzecz 2, Ul. Podzamcze 2, 66-300 Międzyrzecz. 1.2. The Scope Of The Investment In Question Includes The Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure, Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System Consisting In:- Making A Wreath And Reinforced Concrete Mandrels In Longitudinal Knee Walls,- Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure Consisting In Making A Wreath Under The Wall (Without Increasing The Knee Wall),- Replacement Of The Structure And Covering The Roof With New Ceramic Tiles,- Replacement Of The Roof Window,- Replacement,- Replacement, Gutters And Drain Pipes And Flashings,- Replacement Of The Old Lightning Protection Installation With A New One And Carrying Out Its Necessary Verification- Measurement: Architectural And Construction Design Entitled Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure, Replacement Of Lightning Protection And Renovation Of A Warehouse Building, Made By The Authors Architectural Studio Mgr Inż. Architect Katarzyna Kuszyńska, Also Includes Other Elements Of A Warehouse Building That Are Not Covered By This Order And Will Be Implemented At A Later Time. 1.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex 1 To Swz. 1.4. The Employer Informs That The Number Of Works Constitute Only An Auxiliary Document And The Quantities Given In The Prejudice Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Contractor, But Only Aim To Determine The Technology Of Performing Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer. 1.5. At The Price Of A Flat -Rate Task, All Costs Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Included In Min. The Costs Of Transporting Materials, Scaffolding, And All Other Costs Necessary For The Correct And Complete Performance Of The Task. 1.6. In Case Of Doubt Of The Employer As To The Quality, Works Technology, Built -In Materials (Despite The Contractor Presenting Positive Test Results, Approvals, Certificates, Declarations, Etc.), The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Order Tests To An Independent Research Laboratory/Appraiser. In The Case Of Negative Results Of Laboratory Tests/Expertise Confirming The Incorrect Quality Of The Performed Element/Works, Built -In Materials, The Cost Of Performing These Laboratory Tests/Expertise Of The Appraiser Charges The Contractor. 1.7. Construction Works Covered By This Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance And In The Scope Of Developed Project Documentation By The Original Architectural Studio Mgr Inż. Architect Katarzyna Kuszyńska
