1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of An Elevator Shaft Along With The Assembly Of A Passenger Crane At The Headquarters Of The Nursery Team Of The Capital City Of Warsaw At Ul. Belgijska 4 As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Modernization Of The Building Of The Headquarters Of The Nursery Complex Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 11 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Grant A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For At Least 48 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. All Reviews And Compulsory Maintenance During The Quality Guarantee Are Performed By The Contractor As Part Of Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Quality Guarantee Period Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented In The Design Formula And Build. 5.
