The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity With The Electricity Distribution Service For The Needs Of The Employer. The Value Of The Demand For Electricity Indicated Below Is A Respective Value, Which Does Not Reflect The Real Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Contract And In No Case Can Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Supplied During The Delivery Period May Be Reduced By A 50% Increase By A Maximum Of 10% Of The Amount Of Energy Supplied. The Actual Settlements Will Take Place On The Basis Of Current Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, For Distribution Of Electricity They Will Take Place On The Basis Of Fees Resulting From The Tariff For The Services Of The Electricity Distribution Of The Local Distribution System Operator. The Supply Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Take Place On The Conditions Specified In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Executive To This Act, A Tariff For The Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Osd Tariff), Movement Instructions And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) And Generally Applicable Law And Polish Norms. Obliged To Have A Comprehensive Agreement With The Operator Of The Distribution System As At The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of A Distribution System, To Which The Network Is Attached To The Contracting Authority, Enabling The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service For Facilities Covered By This Order. The Landlord Has The Status Of Renewable Energy Prosumer Referred To In Art. 2 Point 27A Of The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1361), Which Means That It Is The Final Recipient Producing Electricity Only From Renewable Energy Sources For Their Own Needs In Micro -Installations, Provided That The Manufacture Referred To Above, Does Not Constitute A Predominant Economic Activity Specified In Accordance With Provisions. Issued On The Basis Of Art. 40 Para. 2 Of The Act Of June 29, 1995 On Public Statistics, In Relation To Some Energy Consumption Points Listed By The Employer In The Tender Documentation. The Micro -Installation, Which Is Used By The Contracting Authority, Has The Power Of 39 Kwp.
