1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Services For Removing And Transferring Asbestos Containing Waste With Codes 17 06 01 And 17 06 05, Accumulated In The Nowy Sącz Poviat. The Amount Of Waste Intended For Removal Is 954.62 Mg. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Material Subject Of The Contract Referred To Above, Due To The Fact That The Amounts Of Waste Containing Asbestos Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Were Determined In An Estimated Manner. The Guaranteed Amount Of Waste To Be Removed Is 800 Mg. Waste Removal And Disposal Should Take Place In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste /Consolidated Text Dz. U. Of 2023, Item 1587, With Changes /, Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions Of Safe Use And Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos /Dz. U. Of 2004 No. 71, Item 649, With Changes / And Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of October 14, 2005 On The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety At Securing And Removing Asbestos -Containing Products And The Training Program In The Field Of Safe Use Of Such Products / Dz. U. Of 2005 No. 216, Item 1824) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract / Opz / Contains Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Packaging Of Waste, Loading Of Waste, Cleaning The Area Of Asbestos Dust, Transport (Without The Possibility Of Storage In The Nowy Sącz Poviat) Waste Containing Asbestos To The Place Of Disposal And Disposal. List Of The Property (Containing The Personal Data Of The Owner Of The Property), From Which Asbestos Should Be Removed After Signing The Contract With The Contractor Selected In The Public Procurement Procedure. The Area Covered By The Order Covers The Area Of 16 Communes Located In The Nowy Sącz Poviat.
