1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service To Provide A Residence Base With Meals In Janów Lubelski Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 20 Km From The Town Of Janów Lubelski Counted In A Straight Line As A Radius Of The Circle, As Well As A Recreation And Sports Base During A Sports Camp For Students Of The Public Class Of Public Primary School No. 12 In Stalowa Wola On 04.06.2025-06/06/2025 R. 2. A Group Of Participants Is A Maximum Of 24 People. 3. The Number Of People, I.E. 24 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Demonstrated By The Ordering Party, Has A Maximum Estimated Dimension - Allowing For A Proper Valuation Of The Offer. This Number Is Obliged To Accept This Contractor To Calculate His Offer. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) Indicated In Point 2 Number Of Participants With A Maximum Of 5 People (Without The Right Of Claims On The Part Of The Contractor In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 19 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp, And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Given The Contractor At The Latest 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing A Stay Base And Meals As Well As A Recreation And Sports Base During A Three -Day (Two Personnel) Sports Camp. 5. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation-Accommodation At The Hotel/Guest House With Board Located In The Town Of Janów Lubelski 23-300 (Lublin Voivodeship) Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 20 Km From The Intersection Of Cloth Streets (Dk 74) And Ulanowska (Dw 878) A Radius Of A District With A Standard Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of Participants And Providing Gastronomic Services, I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfast And Dinners, And A Didactic Room, Which Should Have At Least 24 Seats For 24 Participants.
