The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Complete, With A High Standard, Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, As Well As Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Absolutely Guarantee The Fulfillment Of The Quality Conditions Set Out In The Production Permit Or Other Decisions Set By The Ministry Of Health, On The Basis Of Which The Goods Were Allowed To Market In The Republic Of Poland And Compliance With Expiration Dates Over Extent. The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620 Of The Amendments) And Executive Acts To This Act (Applies To Medical Devices). 6.
