1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Involving The Preparation, Delivery And Issuing Of Two -Course Dinners Along With Taking Care Of Cleanliness, As Well As A Training And Educational Service On Healthy Nutrition For Students Of Primary School No. 83 Jan Kasprowicz In Wrocław, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Meals In The Form Of Two -Course Dinners With Dessert And A Drink For Students Of Primary School No. 83 Jan Kasprowicz In Wrocław, According To The Description And Indications Contained In This Swz; 2) Conducting For Students Of The Above -Mentioned School (Each Time For About 125 People), At Least 1 Time In The School Semester (In The Dimension Of At Least 4 Hours Of Class Each Time In The Semester) Training Or School Workshops On Healthy Life And Nutrition Under The Program Under The Name: Health Promotion Day Prepared By The Contractor In Cooperation With The Employer And Approved By The Employer - The School Head. 3. The Service Will Be Provided For About 300 Students (Including Some Children Requiring Specialist Diets - Allergic) On Business Days From September 1, 2025 To June 30, 2026, From Monday To Friday, Excluding The Holiday Breaks, School Holidays And Public Holidays Or Additionally Free From Study - Between From 11:00 To 14:00. Meals Issued In The Contractors Own Dishes, Unless Otherwise Reserved In This Swz. 4. During The Holidays, Meals Will Be Prepared For Fewer Students (Including Some Children Who Require Specialist Diets - Allergic). 5. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Including Enforcement Provisions To This Act. It Is Absolutely Necessary To Observe The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food And Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents. 6. Meals Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Menus, Which Should Take Into Account The Recommendations Specified In Annexes 3 And 4 To This Swz After The Name: Food Additives Not Recommended In The Diet Of Children And New Nutritional Recommendations. 7. The Employer Indicates That The Provision Of A Service In The Field Of Preparation, Delivery And Issuing Meals Along With Caring For Cleanliness Will Be Varied, Depending On The Location Of The Ordering Building, To Which Meals Will Be Delivered. In Particular: 1) For The Building Of The Ordering Party Located At: Al. Boya-Żeleńskiego 32, 51-160 Wrocław (About 250 Students), The Contracting Authority Reserves That Potatoes, Rice, Cereal, Pasta Are To Be Prepared (Cooked) In This Seat In This Seat Of The Contracting Authority (I.E. Al. Boya-Żeleńskiego 32, 51-160 Wrocław), And Then Ported And Published To Students Provided By The Contractor With Multiple Dishes (Plates, Mugs), Which In Turn Will Be Kept Clean By The Cont
