Survey Design Services-Technical Documentation Elaboration Services For Obtaining Water Management Authorizations (Framework Agreement). The Main Purpose Of The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Purchase Of Services For The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation In Order To Obtain The Water Management Authorizations For:-5 (Five) Air Lines (Lea 400 Kv Gutinas-Sârdan Nouă, Lea 220 Kv Stejaru-Gheorghieni, Lea 110 Kv Rock (Ro), (Md), Lea 220 Kv Gutinas-Munteni-Fai); - A Transformation Station - Transformation Station 400 (220)/110/20 Kv Muntei. Following The Provision Of Services, The Aim Is To Comply With The Legislation In Force Regarding The Obtaining Of Water Management Authorizations For The Objectives Within Stt Bacău. The Duration Of The Contract Is 36 (Thirty -Six) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, In Compliance With The Requirements Requested In The Specifications. The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is: 29,333.00 Lei Without, Vat Related To The Minimum Quantities Framework Agreement In Annex 3 To The Specifications. The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is: 87,201.00 Lei Without, Vat Related To The Maximum Quantities Framework Agreement From Annex 3 To The Specification. A Number Of 2 (Two) Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded. Within The Framework Agreement The Acquirer Estimates The Conclusion Of Two Subsequent Contracts With 15 Months, Respectively 12 Months. The Estimated Minimum Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is: 29,333.00 Lei Excluding Vat, Related To The Minimum Quantities Of The Subsequent Contract In Annex 3 In The Specification. The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is: 57,868.00 Lei Excluding Vat, Related To The Maximum Quantities Of The Subsequent Contract In Annex 3 In The Specification. The Estimated Date For The Conclusion Of The First Subsequent Contract: June 2025 The Estimated Date For The Conclusion Of The Second Subsequent Contract: December 2026. The Procedure For Awarding The Subsequent Contracts: Will Be Concluded At The Request Of The Beneficiary Entity, By Concluding An Off-Line Note.
