The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Implementation And Maintenance Of The System For Remote Reading Of Water Meters, Using Gsm Technology (Lte-M/Nb-Iot) For Transmission, And The Supply And Installation Of Water Meters With Overlays Enabling Remote Readings. 2. The Subject Of The Contract (Material Scope) Includes In Particular: • Supply And Exchange Of 1,460 Pieces Of Water Meters Operated In The Czernikowo Commune To Devices Enabling Remote Reading And Data Transmission; • Supply And Assembly Of 1,460 Pieces Of Equipment For Water Meters (Gsm Overlays) For Reading The Condition Of Water Meters And Data Transmission To The It System For Remote Reading Of Water Meters; • Implementation, Launching And Maintenance On The Contractor Servers In The Saas Model Of The It System For Remote Reading Of Water Meters Ensuring Registration, Processing, Archiving And Transferring For The Purposes Of The Employer Data Read From Water Meters, With The Possibility Of Their Integration With The Software For Settling Customers In The Water Management Of Hydrosoft - Anko System Implemented At The Ordering Party, In Order To Issue Invoices Based On Data Based On Data Taken From The Application Of The Implemented Remote Read System; • Gsm (Lte-M/Nb-Iot) Telemetry Service For Data Transfer Between Devices Mounted On Water Meters And The It System For Remote Reading Of Water Meters, Provided From The Date Of Assembly Of The First Tranche Of Devices For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report; • Security Of Data Transmitted Under The System Against Unauthorized Access; • Delivery Of Devices Necessary To Implement And Launch The System Not Specified In The Order Documents, And According To The Knowledge Of The Contractor Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System; • Training Of Employees Of The Ordering Party From Assembly And Dismantling Of Water Meters And It System Support For Remote Reading Of Water Meters; • Re -Legalization Of Water Meters Due To The Expiry Of The Primary Legalization (Dismantling And Assembly Of Water Meters Installed As Part Of The Task To Re -Legalize Them). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 11 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Security Of The Contract, Constituting 5% Of The Total Price Given In The Offer Before Signing The Contract. 5. Payment For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Content Of The Provisions Of The Contract Template - Annex 2 To Swz. 6. The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract In Relation To The Content Of The Selected Offer To The Extent Regulated In Art. 454 - 455 Of The Pzp Act And Indicated In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 7. Pursuant To Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Was Not Granted To Him. 8.
