Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Distribution of Rain and Sun-Resistant Tarpaulins to Al Jawf Governorate, Al Matun and Al Matmah districts, and Al Marawa and Az Zahra districts, Al Hudaydah Governorate. Primary guarantee ( Dollars $ ) $2,500 Tender Document Fees (Yemeni Riyals) 13,000 Yemeni Riyals 1. The envelopes will be opened at the headquarters of the Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency / First Floor (Meeting Room) / Faj Attan - Behind Mizan Al-Hamiry / Sanaa / Republic of Yemen, according to the specified date in the presence of the applicant suppliers or their representatives pursuant to an official memorandum from the authority. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be returned sealed. 2. The applicant must bring a copy of the tax card and the purchase receipt. 3. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid sales tax registration certificate. 4. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid insurance card and zakat card. 5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid professional practice certificate. 6. The applicant must commit to paying taxes in accordance with the applicable laws in the country. 7. The bid must be accompanied by an unconditional bank guarantee or an acceptable check in the amount specified above, valid for the period mentioned above starting from the date of envelope opening. Any bid not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected. 8. The bid validity period is as specified above. 9. The bid must be submitted in the currency specified above. Any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified. 10. The Agency is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid. 11.
